First Course:

TOMATO BRUSCHETTA    

Marinated balsamic tomatoes & fresh basil over focaccia


WHIPPED GORGONZOLA

Gorgonzola cheese whipped with cream cheese, mascarpone, roasted garlic, & toasted walnuts, served with fresh fruit & focaccia


BURRATA

Fresh burrata, topped with spicy bacon jam, candied walnuts & balsamic reduction, served with fresh focaccia


Second Course:

HOUSE-MADE DRESSINGS – Lemon Cherry | Creamy Gorgonzola | Creamy Basil | Red-Wine Vinaigrette | Mustard Balsamic


CARROT HOUSE SALAD

Mixed greens, carrots, & cherry tomatoes with your choice of dressing on the side


CRANBERRY HOUSE SALAD

Mixed greens, dried cranberries, & gorgonzola with your choice of dressing on the side


STELLA CAESAR SALAD

Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds, & parmesan tossed in Caesar dressing


TOMATO BASIL BISQUE


Third Course:

All pastas served with parmesan cheese. - Substitute spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles for pasta  


TOMATO BASIL SPAGHETTI 

Tomato spaghetti tossed with extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, basil & fresh tomatoes 


SPAGHETTI ARRABBIATA 

Tomato spaghetti tossed with spicy tomato sauce, smoked bacon, chipotle peppers, olive oil & garlic, finished with crispy pancetta 


SKIPZA 

Our skipza is now a pasta-less pasta! Seasonal vegetables, tossed with spaghetti squash, in a light aglio olio, finished with toasted almonds – also available with our classic spinach spaghetti 


SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE 

Beef & pork slowly simmered with plum tomatoes, sweet onions, carrots, celery & white wine  


CREAMY SAUSAGE RIGATE 

Stella’s signature herbed pork sausage tossed with beet rigate in a rich tomato cream sauce 


MUSTARD BRIE

House-made black squid ink fusilli served with chicken, crispy pancetta & brie with a mascarpone mustard cream sauce


32nd ST. PASTA 

Black tiger shrimp, toasted pecans & sun dried cranberries, sautéed in spicy lemon olive oil with spinach spaghetti & goat cheese

  

TOMATO VODKA CREAM

House Italian sausage & baby spinach tossed with fettuccine in a creamy tomato vodka sauce 


TRUFFLE ASPARAGUS SPAGHETTI 

Asparagus, arugula, toasted pine nuts, mushrooms & tossed with egg spaghetti in thyme butter & finished with white truffle oil


SUNDRIED TOMATO FETTUCCINE

Sun dried tomatoes, garlic, mushrooms & spinach tossed with fettuccine & chicken in a spiced white wine butter cream sauce
